Time sure does fly! I am all done with school for the year and am on my summer break! I have been looking forward to spending lots of time with my little Dawson! He is getting so big so quick. I know everyone says that but I guess I never realized how true it was. Dawson had his first babysitters last week. His Aunties, Carol and Jenny came to watch him while we went to my end of the year BBQ for school. Then the next day we went for Dawson's 4 month wellness check up. He weighs 15 pounds 2 ounces and is 24.5 inches long. He is pretty much average according to the dr. charts. The dr. said that he has a tooth coming in on the bottom right, poor little guy! He has really been using his hands to grab ahold of things and started the new trick of flinging himself backwards, a trick mommy doesn't like at all! We also got to meet a great friend of ours' girlfriend. We had a good time with her and both really liked her, way to go Jiron!

This week we were supposed to go to the NICU for a check up for Dawson but they rescheduled that for tomrorow. I am excited to see how he rates on their developmental charts. We did get to pick up his latest pictures. They turned out super cute! We are going to play outside in Dawson's new pool this afternoon so I will have to post pictures of that later on as well as update you on Dawson's dr. appt.

The turtle pool is precious! Looking back on my childhood I feel deprived for not having that! haha.
It was so good to meet you and Dawson. Great to finally put a person to all the stories Chris tells me. I really liked Southern Oregon. I can't wait to come back and go to this river I keep hearing about.
I love how you said this about Dawson's check-up, "He is pretty much average according to the dr. charts." The "pretty much" must have been referring to head is in the 34th percentile! :)
